Custom Furniture Policies

Ordering Custom Furniture

For all orders we require a NON-REFUNDABLE 60% deposit at the time the order is placed and payment in full is necessary when ordered pieces are completed and prior to shipping or delivery.
Once pieces are completed, actual pictures of your furniture are sent by email and balance due payment is requested.

Time Required To Finish A Furniture Order

Orders are shipped in approximately  eight to ten weeks from the receipt of your deposit. This time will vary depending in the complexity of the pieces you ordered.

Forms of Payment We Accept

Personal checks, PayPal, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards are accepted.

Finishes and Colors

We use only  furniture grade pine, the wood is of a high quality and will give you years of enjoyment. Since wood is a natural product, it may vary in color, knots and graining. When the finishing process is complete, the wood may show a slight difference in coloring. Also available upon request oak & alder wood, additional charges apply.


Pieces that come with cushions include your choice of fabric which you can choose from a large selection up to $50 per yard, there is an up charge for fabrics over $50 per yard.

Furniture Shipping-Delivery

Furniture prices do not include shipping costs. We can recommend and make arrangements with a shipping company that offers blanket wrapped transportation, quality service and competitive prices. Please note the following: 

 We are not responsible for any furniture that is damaged during commercial transit, be sure to examine the merchandise before accepting delivery. If you find something that has been damaged do not accept the item and contact us as soon as possible.

After the furniture has been put in hands of the shipping companies we are not responsible for delays in your receipt of the goods caused by events over which we have no control, including, without limitation, the acts of others. All arrival dates are estimates only.

Sales Tax

Prices does not include New Mexico sales tax if applicable.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee our furniture products against any defect in workmanship or materials for the period of one year. if you have a problem, please let us know and we will choose the most effective way to correct the problem.

Online Store Purchases

Where We Ship

Our current shopping cart set up allows shipping to the 48 contiguous US states. If you would like to order and live in a state, region or country not included, you can contact us for a shipping quote. We have served customers in Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, US Military Bases Overseas, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Switzerland & Mexico. Physical address is required for delivery of most items. PO box delivery is available for fabric samples and yardage. For large items like lamps and wall decor special arrangements must be made. Contact us for more information.


Overall 100% customer satisfaction is our utmost concern. We understand a trusting relationship is your greatest concern and our best method of referrals. Therefore you will be refunded your money when the item is returned as follows:

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within the first 5 days of delivery date sending us this quick contact form. We'll provide you with information to ship back the item directly to our shipping and receiving branch, which is at a separate location.

Lamps, Iron Wall Decor, Table Runners & Pillow Covers.

Items are to be returned in the original packaging, original condition, with all manuals or other related documentation.

Refunds will only be applied as a credit to the merchant card for which item was originally purchased within 30 days of return.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges of returned items.

Returns after 30 days of reception of order will not be accepted, unauthorized returns will be charged 25% restocking fee without exception.

Upholstery Fabrics

We strongly recommend purchase of samples before committing for yardage.
A 25% restocking fee will be assessed to all returned fabric purchases.
Returns will not be accepted if samples were not purchased for that fabric.
All sales of fabric samples are final. No returns or exchanges.
All returns must be authorized, unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged and it's visible don't accept delivery and contact us as soon as possible. If damage is discovered after reception you need to contact us as soon as you can using any of our website's contact forms. We'll find the best way to solve the problem.

Shipping Charges

Portion of shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

Cancellation Of Online Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping has been done. Undamaged refused on delivery orders will be treated as a no reason, unauthorized return and will be assessed a 25% restocking fee without exception.

Pricing Errors

We are human and that being the case; our site may occasionally list incorrect pricing. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer BEFORE the order is shipped. At that time you will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing, or to cancel the order completely.
