Upholstery Fabrics General Purchase Information

We strongly recommend purchase of samples before committing for yardage.

Fabric is sold by the running yard. A yard is measured as 36 inches in length by the standard width of the roll. For example, if you purchase 1 yard of a fabric with a width of 54-inches, you will receive a piece of fabric which is 36 inches long by 54 inches wide. Upholstery Fabric Warranty Great Southwest Furniture Design, Inc. Warrants all our upholstery fabrics against defective materials for ONE (1) year from the date of purchase. Excluded from warranty are shrinkage, abuse, piling, or fading or where there is evidence of heavy soiling. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatment or improper cleaning is also excluded from this warranty. All stock fabrics ship within 48 hours. We will confirm availability upon receipt of your order. If you prefer to check stock prior to placing an order, please contact us with the pattern name or number, the color and the quantity. We will get back to you immediately with stock information. For orders of Canadian customers please contact us before placing order as our cart only supports selected provinces upon request. Large samples (6"x54" or 12"x54")are available by request, let us know and we'll set up desired pattern. If you got a question about a specific pattern feel free to contact us. We'll try to answer the same day. By phone (702) 463-7109 A 25% restocking fee will be assessed to all returned fabric purchases. Returns will not be accepted if samples were not purchased for that fabric. Please note that depending on your monitor settings colors might appear different to actual ones.   All sales of fabric samples are final. No returns or exchanges. All returns must be authorized, unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges of returned merchandise. Decorating With Southwest Fabrics

Decorating your home with southwest fabric is a great idea. You will find that this southwest fabric can be incorporated into any home decor project you might be planning. There are many ways that you can bring more fabric into your home, and redecorate as well even if you are on a budget. Choosing fabric that is made with a southwest print will bring in many warm as well as soft touches to your home. Because fabric is so versatile and you can do many things with it, you should not have a problem finding ways to use more in your home.


By making sofa pillows out of southwest fabric, you will find that your sofa will be more comfortable and look a lot more inviting when you have the arms and back of it lined with pillows. Make your pillows different sizes, and be sure to have plenty large ones as well as smaller ones. This will give your sofa balance, and make guest feel more welcome to sit on your sofa when they come over for a visit.


Do you have a huge empty wall that you want to make stunning in your home? If so, make floor length curtains to go on your empty wall out of southwest fabric. You do not have to have a window to make a dramatic curtains and hang them in your home. Doing this will make your home feel warmer. Then take yardage that you have purchased of your fabric and wrap the ring with your fabric, as well as leaving some to hang, you will then take the hanging yardage and tuck it behind your headboard. Creating a canopy kind of above your master bedroom bed. Be sure that you choose rich colors that relax you when you see them, because you will be looking at this canopy while you are laying in the bed.


If you have a piece of furniture to upholster, you can always find southwest fabric that you will love to use in your project.
